Her Story
While we can’t change our past, we can learn from it, heal from it, and create a different future. That belief, along with some very hard life lessons, is what led me to become a counselor.
I am currently completing my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Jacksonville University. Before entering the counseling profession, I have over a decade of experience in communications and advertising, where I discovered the power of empowering people through different products. Over time, I realized my greatest passion wasn’t simply selling products, it was supporting others on their journey through deep and personal transformation.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, and personal growth.
What to Expect
Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your very first session, my hope is that you’ll feel welcomed, accepted, and safe.
I believe the therapeutic relationship and a safe environment are the most important parts of the healing process. My approach is genuine, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I’ll walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, identify patterns, celebrate your strengths, and work toward the life you want to create.
I strive to create a space where you can laugh, cry, ask difficult questions, and show up exactly as you are. I believe meaningful growth happens when you feel safe enough to be authentically you!
My counseling approach is eclectic. I am especially drawn to integrating Attachment Theory, Nervous System Regulation, and Parts Work into my practice but believe that every client is unique, so our work together will be tailored to your individual goals and needs.
Her Role at St. Augustine Counseling
As a Student Intern, I provide counseling services under the supervision of licensed clinicians while completing my graduate clinical training. I work collaboratively with the Saint Augustine Counseling team to ensure every client receives thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate care.
Wherever you are in your journey, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow through whatever life has placed in front of you.
