Pick your therapist like you’d pick your ice cream — trust your cravings, not the fancy label.
As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern, I know I still have much to learn — and I fully embrace that journey. At the same time, I trust the education I’m receiving and the experience I’ve gained in holding space for clients to feel safe, seen, and heard. My goal is to create an environment where people can show up just as they are — because we’re human beings, not human doings.
I bring warmth, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to my work. I have experience supporting young adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder (BPD). I believe healing begins with connection, and I meet each client where they are — without judgment, only curiosity and care.
My therapeutic lens is rooted in Adlerian theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. I believe that our past experiences shape who we are, but they don’t define where we’re headed. We all have the capacity to reclaim our stories and build the lives we envision for ourselves.
To me, mindset is everything. I take a solution-focused approach while also making space to sit with the hard feelings and process your story. In doing so, we uncover the inner strengths already within you — and use them to move forward with clarity and purpose.
I plan to become a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern in September 2025 to continue on the path to full licensure. I am most passionate about helping individuals develop insight, resilience, and healthy coping strategies as they navigate life’s challenges.
