Brandon Hobbs believes that privately owned small and mid-market businesses are the backbone of the American economy and the lifeblood of local communities. Yet more than 50% do not survive beyond five years. Owners get overwhelmed, feel stuck, and eventually run out of gas. Brandon gets it because he has been there.

Over the past 25 years, Brandon has been an owner and partner in more than 15 small businesses. He knows the sleepless nights, the stress, the 60-hour work weeks, the missed family events, and every headache in between. He has had highly successful ventures and his fair share of failures, and he brings all of that hard-won experience to his work with clients.

Brandon founded Hobbs Advisory to show entrepreneurs that it is possible to achieve their business goals while also maintaining a healthy home life. His purpose is straightforward: to help owners build the business they want so they can live life with enjoyment and ease.

Utilizing the Pinnacle Principles, Brandon helps owners get clarity on where their business stands today and where it is headed tomorrow. He works closely with each client to uncover what is keeping them stuck and implement a clear path forward. His approach is honest, authentic, practical, hands-on, and custom tailored to each situation.

His Background

Brandon’s experience includes founding, scaling, turning around underperforming assets, and exiting high-growth companies, including multiple six and seven figure exits. He has worked across a range of industries including cleaning and restoration, construction and renovations, car washes, self-storage, and RV campgrounds.

Beyond the Business

At the heart of Brandon’s work is his family. He is a passionate advocate for people with intellectual disabilities, a proud father of a child with special needs, an adoring husband, and a father of three. He lives in St. Augustine Beach, Florida, and enjoys surfing, Jiu Jitsu, cooking for friends, and traveling with his family.
