I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step and maybe even inauthentic online, and I want you to know that you’re in a safe space here. I’m all about making therapy feel as real, warm, and accepting as possible. You don’t have to be perfect (nobody is)—I’m just here to meet you exactly where you’re at, with open arms and a genuine heart.
I blend the serious stuff with the real stuff. My approach is rooted in somatic psychology, EMDR, and psychodrama, which means we’ll be doing more than just talking—we’ll get into your body, your emotions, and your deep inner wisdom. I believe in being direct, but I do it with love and a healthy dose of compassion (and yes, sometimes a little bit of humor). Healing doesn’t have to be heavy—we can absolutely make room for some lightness and fun as we work through the tough stuff.
I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s big challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I’m here to help you find your way back to the amazing, whole person you already are. You don’t have to carry it all on your own!
Expect a space where you can truly be yourself—no judgment, no pretending, just realness. You can expect me to challenge you when you need it, and be there to celebrate every little breakthrough (and laugh at the weird stuff too). I believe in making therapy a process that’s as much about feeling good as it is about doing good, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.
But don’t let that fool you—I’m just a person like you, and I take a down-to-earth, relatable approach to our work together. When I’m out of the office, you can find me at the green market, walking the beach or laying in my hammock.
