Lucy Baird, MS, RMHCI, ATR-P, RYT-500, somatic and sound healing facilitator

Looking for a therapeutic relationship but not sure exactly what you need? Are you naturally creative or a visual thinker, or do you feel that some of your experiences live in your body, yet you’re not sure how to put them into words?

If you’re having this experience and ready to actively engage in your therapy journey, we would make a great team. Working with me means stepping into an authentic, curiosity-centered, collaborative space where you are empowered to take charge of your wellness while I walk alongside you. Together, we engage in talk therapy, art therapy, somatic approaches (including EMDR, yoga, and sound healing), and other experiential practices to help you feel, express, and release what’s ready to shift. This approach allows space for processing experience beyond words while reconnecting with your inner wisdom. My goal is to help you cultivate self-trust, emotional balance, and live a life that feels authentically your own, not shaped by others’ expectations.

Sessions with me may involve:

  • Untangling thoughts through conversation and reflection
  • Creating art to empower and give voice to what lives beyond words
  • Practicing grounding or somatic skills together
  • Soothing the nervous system through sound healing
  • Processing trauma with EMDR, art, or embodied movement
  • Laughing, crying, and holding space for whatever arises in your unique human experience

My passion lies in supporting people from all walks of life who are ready for the brave, nonlinear, and transformative work of healing.

My primary focus is supporting clients navigating:

  • Trauma & PTSD, Anxiety, Emotional Overwhelm & Dysregulation

I also have experience and value working with individuals facing:

  • Life Transitions, Grief, Relationship challenges, Career & Identity Exploration
  • Addiction, ADHD, Depression, Eating Disorders, Spiritual Growth, Sleep Issues, and more

My work is always an affirming, considerate, and supportive space for individuals navigating chronic illness, body image concerns, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identities, and cultural differences.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about coming home to yourself, exploring what’s ready to grow and shift, and helping you live a life that feels authentically your own.
